Next Generation CIO Workshop — This development and networking programme targets technology professionals who could be considered for a Group CIO position within the next 2–3 years. Focus areas include effective leadership, talent management, driving change, managing boardroom dynamics, business innovation, and deep dives on relevant technical topics (i.e. analytics or digital transformation).
CIO Transition Labs — These personalised, exclusive one-day workshops are for newly appointed CIOs of large organisations or CIOs looking to refresh their priorities. They help individuals develop a six-month plan for success by focusing on the three most important resources a CIO should manage: time, talent and stakeholder relationships.
CIO Academy — The CIO Academy has been design to provide on-going support and guidance to CIOs in their senior leadership role. The Academy provides access a wide-ranging selection of technical briefings, learning and networking opportunities, as well as bookable professional meeting spaces in our purpose-built business facility in London.
