David Merritt

David leads our Managed Public Services team, focused on Alternative Delivery Models for front line Public Sector services, and how Deloitte can support both public and private sector clients in achieving the maximum levels of efficiency and benefit from outsourced services. Inherent in this are the commercial aspects of any contracting process, as well as the underlying operational transformation required to reduce the cost of services.

David was CFO in Deloitte’s Ingeus joint venture from inception to exit. He has a career in the outsourced services industry prior to joining Deloitte, carrying out financial, commercial and change management leadership positions in a number of organisations that deliver services for UK government and commercial clients. The programmes in question range from multi-million to multi-billion pound value, and span a number of sectors.
