James Savage

James joined the Sports Business Group in November 2012 after working for a sport National Governing Body followed by the Organising Committee for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Since joining the Sports Business Group James has worked across a broad range of projects with a specialism for horseracing, economic impact reports and major events consultancy. Notable projects have included economic impact reports assessing the horseracing industries of two major racing nations, reports on the economic impact of sport in specific cities, and analyses of the economic impact of specific sport events. Major events consultancy projects have included assisting bidding cities for both the Olympic & Paralympic Games and Commonwealth Games.

James has also worked with a number of sport National Governing Bodies and International Federations alongside being a regular author of both the Deloitte Football Money League and Annual Review of Football Finance.
