James Rakow

James’ main areas of experience are UK personal lines, professional indemnity insurance and personal injury claims. James advises on technical and retail pricing, reserving and capital modelling. He’s responsible for overseeing the actuarial analysis underlying the annual Deloitte Motor and Household Insurance Seminars. James was a member of the Cost of Compensation Culture working party, which produced a prize-winning paper for the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries GIRO 2002 Convention.
