Maxine Saunders

Maxine is a senior Financial Advisory partner, Vice Chair, a Board member for Deloitte North & South Europe and Deputy Chair of the Deloitte LLP Partnership Council. She has been a partner since 1999 and has 30 years of experience with the Firm. Over the last twenty five years Maxine has principally worked for large, multi-national corporate clients on a wide range of buy and sell side transactions, including IPOs, bid defence and other public company work. Many of her clients are in the Media and Telecoms sectors including Facebook, RELX, Liberty Global, Bertelsmann, Pearson, Global Radio and International Schools Partnership. Maxine has also supported clients in other sectors including in the resources, pharmaceuticals, diversified manufacturing and business services sectors.
