Mark Hulyer

Mark leads Deloitte’s UK Oracle practice. He is also a Partner in our Finance transformation practice. He has extensive experience of performing advisory roles and managing the implementation of complex large scale business transformation projects covering finance, supply-chain and manufacturing. Mark has managed implementations in the private, public and FS sectors. He has implemented Oracle in a variety of different countries and has in-depth knowledge of the statutory and legal requirements.
