Tony Gaughan

Tony is a Vice Chairman and leads our EMEA and UK Investment Management & Wealth sector. He works with global Investment and wealth managers across a range of areas, including strategy, distribution & client service, operating model, investment operations & outsourcing (TPA). Tony also leads some of Deloitte’s largest investment management relationships in EMEA.

Tony has over 20 years industry experience. and previously was a divisional CEO as well as holding a series of other senior roles in the investment industry. He sits on the UK Investment Association Advisory council and other trade bodies

Tony has held Financial Conduct Authority controlled functions, including CF1, CF4, CF10 & CF30, has Masters and Post Graduate degrees in Business Administration, holds professional qualifications in investment compliance, risk, and investments, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
