With more than 23 years of experience at Deloitte and more than 18 years as a dedicated M&A tax specialist, Kyle provides tax due diligence and structuring services with respect to US and cross-border M&A transactions for both strategic and private equity investors. His experience spans all sectors of the LSHC industry (life sciences, health providers, and health plans), including both taxable and tax-exempt health care target companies.
