Public consultation: Regulations of the procedure against avoidance of anti-dumping, subsidies, countervailing measures and safeguards

The Ministries of Economy, Industry and Commerce and the Treasury Department through release published on the Official Gazette number 66 on April 3rd, 2017 invites all stakeholders to propose comments on this new regulations.

Por medio del comunicado publicado en la Gaceta N° 66 del 3 de Abril de 2017, El Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio y el Ministerio de Hacienda abren consulta pública The purpose of this regulation is to establish the procedure for the extension of trade defense measures. For more information about the public consultation, it can be reviewed on the website http://www.meic.go.cr/web/55/consulta-publica.php.

The time period to receive comments from all the parties is open and the comments shall end on April 24th, 2017.

The comments can be submitted via e-mail to the following email addresses defensacomercial@meic.go.cr.
