The new legislative framework and its practical implications
Brief description
The new legislation regulating Alternative Investment Funds in Cyprus has been approved by the Cyprus Parliament in its meeting dated 10th of July 2018. The new Law builds upon the previous law and incorporates leading practices from well-established fund jurisdictions providing a modernized and more flexible regime for AIFs. The workshop aims to provide participants with a clear and concise overview of the Legal and Regulatory framework of Cyprus Alternative Investment Funds and provide insights on the practical implications for investment managers and service providers. The workshop will also include numerous real-life queries and examples.
