The Application Process
Your steps to success
Step 1: Application Form
Given that you fulfil the minimum requirements for our programmes you can complete and submit the Summer Internship Program and Graduate Trainee Application Form. Please note that the application form for our Summer Internship Program and for our Trainee Scheme is the same.
Step 2: Online Tests
If your application is considered to fulfil our minimum requirements you will be invited to take two online tests - verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning. The tests take approximately 20 minutes each and you will be given the chance to complete some practice tests beforehand.
Step 3: First Interview (competency-based)
If you complete the tests successfully you will be invited to a first competency-based interview with members of the Human Resources team.
Step 4: Second Interview (potential-based)
For Graduate Trainee Scheme Candidates (excluding the Summer Internship Program participants)
The second potential-based interview will be conducted with a Senior Member of the Human Resources Department as well as a Senior Member from the department of your interest. This will be the final interview which will determine whether you will be offered a position in the Graduate Trainee Schemes.
For participants of the Summer Internship Program
During your participation in the Summer Internship Program, you will be asked to complete a Personality Test, which has been designed to identify your key areas of strength and any areas for development. You will then be invited to attend a second and final interview with a Senior Member of the Human Resources Department as well as a Senior Member from the department of your interest. During the final interview you will also have the opportunity to present your Case Study results. The second and final interview will determine whether you will be offered a position in our Graduate Trainee Schemes.
