The Application Process
Your steps to success
Step 1: Application Form
Given that you fulfil the minimum requirements for our programmes you can complete and submit the Summer Scheme and Graduate Trainee Application Form. Please note that the application form for our Summer Scheme and for our Trainee Scheme is the same.
Step 2: Online Tests
If your application is considered to fulfil our minimum requirements you will be invited to take two online tests - verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning. The tests take approximately 20 minutes each and you will be given the chance to complete some practice tests beforehand.
Step 3: First Interview (competency-based)
If you complete the tests successfully you will be invited to a first competency-based interview with members of the Human Resources team. The interview will last for about 30-45 minutes.
Step 4: Second Interview (potential-based)
For Trainee Scheme Candidates (excluding the Summer Trainee Scheme participants)
The second potential-based interview will be conducted with a Senior Member of the Human Resources Department as well as a Senior Member from Audit and/or Tax functions. This will be the final interview which will determine whether you will be offered a position in the ACA/ACCA Trainee Schemes.
For participants of the Summer Trainee Scheme
During your participation in the Summer Scheme, you will be asked to complete a Personality Test, which has been designed to identify your key areas of strength and any areas for development. You will then be invited to attend a second and final interview with a Senior Member of the Human Resources Department as well as a Senior Member from the Audit and/or Tax functions. During the final interview you will also have the opportunity to present your Case Study results. The second and final interview will determine whether you will be offered a position in the ACA/ACCA Trainee Schemes.
