Now in its sixth year, Human Capital Trends 2018: The rise of the social enterprise examines the increasing expectations of the individual and the breathless pace at which technology is shaping organizations’ human capital priorities. The survey featured the input of more than 11,000 businesses and HR leaders around the world, including 952 from the global energy and resources (E&R) industry.
