Natalie Sepou is a senior associate of the firm.
Natalie Sepou graduated in 2006 from Warwick University with an LL.B (Hons) degree. She specialized in International Commercial Law at Leicester University, where she graduated in 2007 obtaining an LL.M degree with Distinction. In 2008 she completed her LPC (Legal Practice Course) at the College of Law in London following the Corporate and Commercial stream. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009. She joined Deloitte Legal as an associate in 2010 and became a senior associate in 2015.
Natalie’s areas of practice include corporate law, corporate financing, banking law, commercial law, electronic money law and payment services law. She often acts for multi-national financial institutions advising them on all aspects of Cyprus law. She provides legal opinions covering usual and complex commercial and corporate matters and legal due diligence reports on Cyprus companies entering into domestic and international business transactions, commercial contracts, banking documents and credit facilities.
