Tereza Borovková

Tereza is a Junior Lawyer in the Commercial department of Deloitte Legal in the Czech Republic. She gained experience at Deloitte Legal during her studies working as a Legal Intern. 

She focuses primarily on consumer law. Her practice includes, among other things, reviewing and drafting general terms and conditions of business, assessing the legal aspects of clients’ advertising campaigns, reviewing various types of commercial contracts, as well as legal advising on unfair competition in relation to consumers and the jurisdiction of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Tereza also specialises in corporate law, with experience concerning, in particular, the establishment of companies and branches of foreign companies, and provision of services related to the day-to-day commercial agenda and corporate changes of companies.
