Favourite part of your job?
Working with bright people and seeing that our work actually has an impact for our partners and clients. Everyone is pleased when they realize they don‘t need to do boring and manual work.
How did you end up in Intelligent Automation?
When working as a Business Excellence lead in an SSC we were looking for a way to further improve efficiency besides Lean 6sigma methods. Being the nerd that I am, RPA just seemed like a good idea, so we pursued it and created one of the first RPA centers world-wide. We took global leadership into a bright future, while not jeopardizing security or work morale.
Petr Kavalek - Director
Petr is an experienced director with over 17 years of experience in the area of Business Operations, program and project management. His insight and level of business understanding greatly improves the speed and quality of projects delivered.

He has been instrumental in several software deployment projects for Deloitte crown jewel clients in the fields of pharma and chemical. His project streams are routinely best performing and receive acknowledgment from top leadership of our clients.
Favourite part of your job?
The fact that no two days are the same. I get to collaborate with colleagues at partner firms and manage big projects domestically.
How did you end up in Intelligent Automation?
Six years ago, I met Jan who was incredibly enthusiastic about RPA. I was already working in the field of automation and it did not take me too much convincing to continue working with him.
Vladimir Peric - Senior Manager
Vladimir is a specialist in Intelligent Automation - managing Deloitte & client delivery teams, setting up CoE and operating models, scoping work, handling risk and audit requirements, designing end-to-end R&IA solutions with human-in-the-loop.
He has strong communication and presentation skills, adept at aligning stakeholders to resolve challenges and develop solutions, skilled in effectively distilling critical information based on target audience. Experienced in project management, leading SW developers, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and providing in-depth support and peer review.
Favourite part of your job?
I particularly enjoy the diversity of work – whether it’s the technologies used, the client or my role within the project, the job is always changing and evolving.
How did you end up in Intelligent Automation?
Honestly – a happy accident! I had originally applied for a role within Data Analytics, but after meeting Jan I was completely sold on the idea of Intelligent Automation. Having the opportunity to use my technical background and skills, to help people skip the mundane, sounded and still sounds great; the fact that the effects of our work are so tangible and come very fast is the cherry on top!

Favourite part of your job?
Working with colleagues who are passionate about their work and wants to help clients on the real business problems. Also, in Deloitte we work with a range of customers so overall the impact we make is larger.
How did you end up in Intelligent Automation?
It fascinates me that in the Intelligent Automation team we can help clients to make life easier and save time by analyzing processes. Especially now, when the amount of information is overwhelming employees and they do not know in most cases how to deal with it. So, working with data and people is what brought me to this team.

Jan has experience in leading Intelligent Automation and Low code/No code development, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and providing in-depth technical support and peer review.
Favourite part of your job?
Having the opportunity to do work that is challenging, meaningful, and at the forefront of its industry.
How did you end up in Intelligent Automation?
I was always interested in making my life easier. I got my first glance at intelligent automation through “automated testing” class and coincidentally was approached by Jan Hejtmanek for a project, who was looking for talent within Deloitte.
