Anna Langerová

Anna is a consultant in the Risk Advisory team focusing on project management, agile transformations, change management, and analysis of business processes. She has experience with agile methodologies in various industries such as finance and automotive. Within her practice, she provides consultations in all phases of a project. She has held roles among agile teams as well as across entire organizations. As a Scrum Master, she ensured agile processes and facilitated team ceremonies using specified tools. She has also assisted clients with launching agile transformations as RTE support. Anna has obtained SAFe 5 Agilist and SAFe5 Scrum Master certifications.
