Jiří Vávra

Jirka is leading Deloitte Next team which helps teams, companies and corporates build business, make prototypes of the new products and services, discover market‘s opportunities and verify the hypotheses on the market. Moreover, he also helps to improve and develop internal mechanisms, systems a strategies. Jirka is skilled in Product & Service Design methodologies like Lean, Design thinking, Innovation ambition matrix, Agile ect. He is facilitating & managing teams combining different expert skills and mindsets, using also his psychotherapy training.

Before he joined Deloitte, Jirka lead creative team in digital agency Etnetera Motion for 4 years. The agency was a strategic partner for digital area for leading brands on the Czech market like Skoda Auto, Staropramen, Nivea, Glencore, Stock, Pepsico and others. Jirka is also an author of several documentaries, music videos and TV shows. He has skills like a movie director, screenwriter, moderator and coach of public speaking & presentations.
