Petra Věžníková

Petra works as an attorney-at-law and Managing Associate in the Digital department at Deloitte Legal in Prague, specialising in legal areas related to information and communication technologies (ICT) and intellectual property (IP). She focuses primarily on the electronic communication and digital technologies sector, where she uses her expertise and extensive experience in regulatory requirements as well as protection of competition and state aid issues. Moreover, Petra has experience in and provides legal advice to clients on personal data protection and cybersecurity, including forensic project management. In these areas, Petra provides transaction and strategic advisory to leading market players.  
In addition to her law studies, Petra has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on digital law and protection of competition.
