Tomáš Kolouch

Tomáš is a Junior Lawyer in the Digital department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Tomáš focuses on privacy law, GDPR compliance, legal due diligence, know-how protection, e-commerce and online media, intellectual property rights, and litigation related to the protection of personal data. 

Tomas advises clients on matters ranging from smaller innovative data privacy projects to some of the largest, most complex and ground-breaking transactions. In terms of technologies, he focuses in particular on cloud services, digital rights products and user-generated content exploitation. Before joining Deloitte Legal, Tomáš worked at renowned legal offices specializing in privacy law, commercial law and intellectual property law.
