SIP-adus is a Strategic Innovation Promotion Program for Automated Driving for Universal Services run by the Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CSTI) of the Cabinet Office in Japan. Through this forum, the council has been promoting R&D activities to solve current social issues through means of technical innovations and partnerships. The program also expands the scope of automated driving to include infrastructure, logistics and transportation services.

Deloitte Cyber Germany, in cooperation with Deloitte Japan, has been one of the speakers in several SIP-adus annual events. In the past, Ingo Dassow and Nishant Khadria have given talks on "Awareness training on cybersecurity of vehicles", "Automotive Fleet SIEM", "Standardization activities and attacking trend", and "Overview and Approach for an automotive Intrusion Detection System (IDS)". During the 2021 virtual session, Nishant will cover steps, methods, implementation details, and operational mechanisms for Vehicle Security Operations Center (VSOC) under "Building VSOC in a connected ECO system of IDS and threat intelligence".
