Markus is helping Insurance clients to manage their regulatory journeys and economic challenges successfully. With over 20 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, banking, asset management and software development he has supported clients in analyzing, designing and deploying solutions for finance & risk management and financial service applications. Markus is a Partner and Deloitte's Global Risk Advisory Insurance Leader. Prior to Deloitte he led Finance & Risk Services for Insurance for a global consulting and professional services firm and worked in the Software Industry to develop new concepts and methods for risk management and financial service applications. Markus has a PhD (1995) in Mathematics.
Claude-Florence Chassain
Claude-Florence est associée responsable du secteur de l'assurance pour Deloitte en France et Deloitte Central Europe (DCE). Elle dispose d’une expérience de plus de 25 ans dans le secteur de l’assurance, principalement dans le conseil d’acteurs français et internationaux avec un focus sur les dimensions finance et risque. Elle a également occupé différentes fonctions opérationnelles dans le domaine de la finance et des risques pour un groupe d’assurance au Royaume-Uni. Claude-Florence est actuaire, membre qualifiée de l’Institut des Actuaires et fondatrice du réseau Actu’Elles. Elle est également membre de l’Institut des Actuaires britannique (FIA) depuis 2001.
Marco Vet
I have been a partner within Risk Advisory and Insurance Industry Leader for Deloitte NL since November 2015. Prior to this, I was a partner at PwC and Director of Risk Management at Achmea. I am married, have two children, and in my free time, I enjoy rowing and running.

Christa Janhsen ist Partnerin im Bereich Risk Advisory bei Deloitte Österreich, ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf innovativen Ansätzen für integriertes Risikomanagement, Internal Controls und Interne Revision. Zu ihren Beratungsschwerpunkten zählen außerdem IT-Lösungen für Governance Risk Compliance und die Unterstützung von Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg zur Resilienz und Business Continuity.
Jonathan Burdett
Jonathan leads Deloitte’s Risk Advisory services for the Insurance sector in the UK. He has over 20 years experience advising organisations in risk, regulatory and technology risk matters. He specialises in managing complex change related to technology or regulation. He has worked across all segments of the insurance sector with a particular expertise in the corporate, specialty and reinsurance sector.
