About the webcast
Contract research is an important part of the R&D activities of innovative companies, and it is also one of the two eligible cost types of the R&D tax credit.
In our next webcast, we would like to turn our attention to contract research. We will inform you about the differences between contract research, customer orders and in-house research and under which conditions costs for contract research can be claimed for tax purposes through the R&D tax credit.
In addition to basic information on contract research, we will primarily address typical practical issues that arise in our client work in this context.
- What is meant by contract research in the context of the R&D tax credit?
- What is the difference between client contracts, in-house research and contract research?
- Which regulations apply to research contracts within corporate groups?
- How must contract research be documented?
