The M&A Roadrace has taken place once a year on Mallorca since 2009. Meanwhile, our community consists of more than 100 cycling enthusiastich participants from the M&A and private equity industry.

Staying true to our motto, the M&A Roadrace 2020 was unceremoniously transformed into a successful virtual M&A Roadrace.
Making contacts, discussing deals and – of course – lots of sports are on the agenda.
Join us at our virtual M&A Roadrace for a joint "ride" via Zoom and Zwift. Guided by Marcel Wüst with interesting talks and get an exclusive opportunity to connect with fellow riders.
Moderation: Marcel Wüst
Marcel Wüst is our cycling guide and host of the virtual M&A Roadrace. He holds 14 stage wins in all of the three Grand national tours Giro d'Italia, Tour de France and Vuelta a Espana as well as more than 100 professional victories.

Karsten Hollasch
Top sport meets business – on the road and mountain bike. Passionate road cyclist and founder of the M&A Roadrace in 2009.
Karsten is Global Private Equity Leader Financial Advisory and Partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory Germany.
Roland Haage
Roland is a sports enthusiast and a passionate road cyclist.
He is COO of the German Financial Advisory business and Partner in Transaction Services.
Thomas Menzler
Thomas is a passionate road cyclist since 2006.
He leads the M&A Transaction Services Serviceline and is a Partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory Germany.
Kim Lachmann
Kim Lachmann is a former professional cyclist. He is Senior Manager in the Sport Business Group within Financial Advisory at Deloitte.
His greatest successes were certainly the German Mountain Championship title and winning the German Cycling League - both in the U23 class.
