PRIDE Networking & Inspiration Event
We’re kicking off our PRIDE Innovation Challenge with an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas at a place ideal for inspiration, the Factory Hammerbrooklyn in Hamburg.
Whether you are participating in the PRIDE Innovation Challenge or you just want to get to know like-minded people who want to actively shape the work culture of tomorrow, this networking event is open to everyone.
The Pride Networking & Inspiration Event will take place on Wednesday November 30th from 7pm onwards in the Auditorium of the Factory Hammerbrooklyn (Stadtdeich 2-4, 20097 Hamburg). So don’t miss out on our Inspiration talks led by our 3 Keynote speakers and learn from their stories.
Together with Deloitte's Globe Pride Initiative, you can expect inspiring, international speakers, delicious snacks, drinks and an evening full of exciting topics and lively exchange! And the most important part: Everyone is welcome!
Our highlight of the night will definitely be our three keynote speakers and their very distinct perspectives on the challenges they‘ve faced as an LGBTQ+ individual during their life. Whether its been personal, work-related or societal challenges, their stories are sure to inspire and connect with us.

Our Keynote Speakers
For many people, especially minorities, beeing authentic and transparent can be challenging.
Dane Martin Hickey-Stafford CA (SA) | Pronouns: they/them/their | Senior Manager Audit & Assurance at Deloitte | Rotterdam, Netherlands
Included as a ‘face’ of the 2020 and 2021 Ireland Graduate Recruitment campaign and Global 2020 Pride campaign. They have over 15 years of experience in public practice within four international territories and have also gained experience pivoting to focus full-time on leading out on global LGBT+ inclusion.
Diversity management is not about mere tolerance or about generously allowing also minorities such as the LGBTQ+ community to access privileges. It rather contributes to rehumanize work in general by creating an all inclusive environment where everyone, not just queer people, dares to be an authentic individual.
Dr. Patrick Diemling, Mental Health Professional & MC, Berlin, Deutschland & online from Norway.
Since 2014, Patrick is a systemic counsellor, facilitator, and trainer in his own practise. Besides, he was employed at Schwulenberatung Berlin 2017 - 2021, followed by freelance work for several companies as trainer and EAP counsellor. Since 2022 he is trainer for medical staff on behalf of Deutsche Aidshilfe in the project “Let’s talk about sex”.
