BERLIN and PALO ALTO
The Deloitte Analytics Institute provides a combination of Deloitte’s deep domain-specific and cross sector expertise as professional service firm with business development in the field of project-related implementation and the service-related operation of streaming platforms and Confluent provides the streaming platform and best practices, as well as potential offerings based thereon (training, support, licensing models, etc.).
Together, Deloitte and Confluent are cooperating on solving technological, methodological and domain-specific client challenges related to streaming platforms and similar technologies, through joint concept and architecture design, requirements engineering, deep-dive expert exchanges, end-to-end implementations and support, for global German clients from a variety of industries (automotive, finance, insurance, and more).
Deloitte, supported through Confluent experts, is focused on delivering robust real-time data access solutions for measurable business impact and use case enablement (connected cars, real time financial data processing and new, innovative business models, such as pay as you drive insurance models), while Confluent focuses on creating and supporting the most reliable and scalable streaming platform, from concept to continuous usage.
With Confluent Enterprise, companies experience an out-of-the-box, production-ready streaming platform that contains all of Kafka™’s capabilities and enhances them with integrated, tested and packaged features that make architecting and managing large scale streaming environments easier to operate and more reliable.
To further develop the field, Deloitte and Confluent are working together to establish a Streaming Center of Competence within the Deloitte Analytics Institute in Berlin, that will allow for deep dive sessions with clients to workshop streaming use cases, architectures and know-how transfers. This will supply an environment to upskill Deloitte technology experts and clients alike.
