We safeguard the interests of investors or protection sellers who have no (and in some cases must not have) direct access to the assets and/or the complete set of information.

In some cases this is combined with the role as an Independent Third Party that balances out the (potentially diverging) interests of several parties in an unbiased manner.
As a Security Trustee we hold assets of various kinds as collateral in trust for one or several parties.

In our role as a Monitor/Verification Agent (which may be combined with the role of a Security Trustee) we conduct checks on the risk assets on a frequent basis. Depending on the content of the agreed-upon procedures this may have different levels of intensity, i.e. may range from plausibility checks of portfolio reports to comprehensive loan file audits.
