The Center for the Long View (CLV) is Deloitte’s Competence Center for the development of innovative strategies based on the design of scenarios. We assist decision-makers to develop robust strategies for companies and organizations. In addition, our services include the preparation of Strategy Reviews and support for commercial Due Diligence processes.

Dr. Florian Klein
Florian Klein is the Head of the Center for the Long View. He is also responsible for the Corporate & Business Unit Strategy service area at Monitor Deloitte Deutschland. He has many years of sector experience in the area of renewable energy.

Wayne Nelson is Head of the Monitor Deloitte strategic area. With more than 20 years’ professional experience as a strategy consultant, he focuses on clients in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology sectors, whom he accompanies, among other things, in major product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
Nicolai Andersen is the interdisciplinary Head of the Innovation and Deloitte Analytics segments. His role is to assess the effects of technological, economic, and social trends on business models, services, and products. As an expert in corporate control he supports companies in implementing their strategy with the help of innovative simulation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analytics methods.

Dr. Frank Becker
Dr. Frank Becker is a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte. He has more than two years’ experience in management consultancy, above all in the automobile, technology, and Life Science & Health Care industries. As a result of his research activities and consulting experience he possesses comprehensive competence in the areas of Data Analytics, Strategic Marketing and Change Management.
