Sustainability and Communication Strategy
Challenge
With overall the client's strategy included an increased focus on remanufacturing, particularly an HV Battery, which played a key part within the circular economy of the future. The client had a definitive need to devise a sustainability and communication strategy of the Reman HV Battery in line with the overall ambitions set out by them as part of their Ambition 2039 goals.
Approach
We devised a clear and well structured strategy backed with requirements and dependencies for the HV Battery remanufacturing business. Moreover, we created a communication roadmap with a timeline for execution, including associated accountability and roles and communication channels.
Solution
We delivered a clear and shared vision of the sustainability strategy of the HV Battery Remanufacturing business. We calculated the KPIs and met the sustainability report requirements and used the description of our research to base the measurable impact of the HV Battery Remanufacturing sustainability strategy on it. We also provided a clear path forward for our client by providing a communication roadmap with the timeline for execution, including also associated accountabilities and roles, communication channels and critical success factors.
