Deloitte Inspiration Talk – The Future of Urban Mobility

In cooperation with Digital Hub Mobility

Webcast | November 19th, 2020 | 6.00–7.30PM CET

About the event

Urbanization and mobility are two mega trends that will fundamentally change the way we live in the future. By 2050 more than eight out of ten Germans will live in cities. Daily life and mobility associated with it will therefore be primarily urban. As a result, transportation will increasingly take place not only in but also between cities.

New trends and technologies, such as sharing, autonomous driving and increasing electrification, are changing the way we move around in cities and promise more comfortable, cost-effective and sustainable mobility. The number of new business models and providers has increased rapidly in recent years and it is not yet clear what and who will prevail in the future.

Where do automobile manufacturers and mobility providers see themselves in the future and what is their vision of urban mobility?

How do new means of transportation and trends influence our mobility and how can emerging and existing mobility concepts be integrated efficiently and economically into urban ecosystems?
