He leads the IT/technology M&A services in Germany. He leverages over 25 years of experience focusing on the entire M&A life cycle, IT/operational due diligences, complex cross-border carve-out, PMI, value creation and strategic operational restructuring/transformation projects. Christian conducted projects in various industry sectors, focusing on private equity, automotive, chemicals and life science.
