Dr. Elisabeth Denison
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Dr. Elisabeth Denison is responsible for development and implementation of the people strategy in the Executive Committee of Deloitte Germany. Internationally, she represents the European combination DCE in Deloitte’s Global Executive Talent Council.
The software engineer holds a university degree in International Economics and a Master’s in Financial Economics (University of London), as well as a doctorate in Economics and Sociology from the University of Linz.
Elisabeth Denison has over 25 years of international professional experience in the areas of finance, strategy, transformation, and people. Before joining Deloitte in 2007, she worked in the banking sector for many years, including in Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York.
In 2010, Elisabeth Denison assumed responsibility for Strategy & Corporate Development and drove investment programs to expand the service portfolio and strengthen the multidisciplinary business model for Deloitte. Since 2015, she also headed the Talent department and launched new employee and executive development programs.
Her work as Chief People Officer focuses on positioning the Deloitte brand as a top employer and further developing Future of Work concepts in line with the needs of the business. Her focus is also on managing efficient digital HR processes and supporting the business units in building best-in-class client service teams. Elisabeth Denison's central topics are Diversity & Inclusion and developing more women for management positions.
