Chief People Officer
Dr. Elisabeth Denison was Chief People Officer of Deloitte Germany from 2020 to 2023. Under her leadership, Deloitte rose to the top 10 most popular employers among business students (Trendence Study 2023). Prior to this, Dr. Elisabeth Denison was Chief Strategy & Talent Officer at Deloitte, where she was responsible for strategic projects and investment programmes that contributed significantly to the transformation and positioning of Deloitte.
Internationally, as Chief People Officer, Dr. Denison is responsible for all people matters to realise Deloitte's growth agenda in the European Deloitte DCE network and is co-responsible for the people strategy of over 400,000 colleagues worldwide in Deloitte's Global Talent Executive.
Elisabeth Denison has over 25 years of international experience in finance, strategy, transformation and people. Before joining Deloitte in 2007, she worked for many years in the banking sector, including in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. A software engineer by training, she holds a university degree in International Economics and a Master's degree in Financial Economics (University of London). She holds a PhD in Economics and Sociology from the University of Linz.
