Gudrun Kramer

Gudrun has more than 25 years leadership experience as managing director, managing partner, entrepreneur, and independent consultant. She is an expert for communication, innovation, digital and lab design & delivery with a background in systemic organizational development, consultancy and coaching. She has successfully guided international organizations, SMEs and start-ups through their expansion and transformation journeys, and has led pioneering large-scale projects. Over the last 10 years she has focused on collaborative workshop formats. She joined Deloitte in 2016 to launch and run the Deloitte Greenhouse – Deloitte’s innovative concept for unique lab and workshop experiences.
