Joyce Koch is Managing Director at Deloitte. She started her career with Deloitte back in 2001 and before re-joining she worked for a global Insurance Broker in the Transaction Solutions team as Tax Director responsible for the Benelux. When at Deloitte for the first twenty years, Joyce Koch was part of Business Tax and M&A Tax and her experience covered many fields of (inter)national corporate tax related to (re)structurings, reorganizations, setting up and maintenance of financing and holding structures, mergers, acquisitions (including due diligence) and joint ventures.
She advised various multinational corporations for vendor and sale processes in Germany and the Netherlands.
Currently Joyce Koch advises clients on how to deal with unclear tax situations including help to find the best tailored tax insurance.
