Stephan Bode

Stephan’s main experience is in the implementation of large SAP S/4HANA enabled business transformation programs. He has delivered global SAP implementations in Europe, America and Asia. Stephan has also deep experience in the definition of program, template and deployment strategies and organization. He has led several programs, projects and teams responsible for the design & deployment of global SAP solutions. He is leading our capabilities in the area of project/program management specialized in ERP enabled global business transformation programs and industrialization. He spend most of his time on global programs managing teams from various countries and disciplines. Stephan has worked more than 20 years in the supply chain area and has major skills in PLM, production planning and service processes. He has detailed knowledge in most of the logistical modules of SAP.
