Volker Krug has been Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Germany since June 1, 2020. He is a certified public accountant and US Certified Public Accountant.
His professional experience at Deloitte includes the areas audit and financial advisory. Volker Krug advised international private equity companies and corporations on cross-border transactions in Germany and the USA. He was responsible for key strategic projects in the Office of the Global CEO for Deloitte Global for four years.
Volker Krug specializes in due diligence investigations, company valuations, carve-outs and refinancing in the context of corporate transactions. Before he was elected CEO, he was a member of Deloitte's global automotive leadership team and was in charge of projects for leading German and international automotive manufacturers and automotive suppliers.
