The economic implications of the COVID-19 pandemic remain highly uncertain and increasingly vary among regions. Over the last year, regulators and supervisors have given priority to maintaining the immediate financial and operational resilience of financial services firms, working closely with them to ensure they remain a key part of the economic recovery. Navigating these significant near-term challenges while maintaining a keen eye to the future will be critical for firms in 2021.
Our panel of financial services industry leaders across Deloitte’s Nordic Risk Advisory practice will discuss and take your questions on the major strategic and regulatory challenges facing firms in the Nordics in 2021. We will cover a range of key regulatory and supervisory topics, including sustainability, IBOR transition, digitisation, operational resilience, financial crime, and credit risk and business model viability.
