Join us for an interactive talk show with Deloitte Human Capital experts and two in-studio guests; Alice Larsen, the Corporate Vice President of HR at Chr. Hansen and Susanne Bjerre Mortensen, the Senior Group Director of HR, at Rambøll. During the talk show, we will discuss what the Future of Work will look like for the next 12-18 months, when employees are returning to a ‘new normal’ (physical, remote or hybrid) and how organizations right now are re-inventing work, workforce and in particular workplace in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The talk show will be split into three parts.
- Part 1: will summarise what the Deloitte research is telling us regarding the Future of Work
- Part 2: will hear from our two guests and the Deloitte Human Capital leader, Christina Burgwald to discuss the focal points of the report.
- Part 3: will be an open forum to ask questions and further explore topics with our Human Capital experts and in-studio guests.

Alice Larsen, Corporate Vice President of HR, Chr. Hansen
Alice Larsen joined Chr. Hansen in 2016 as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Chr. Hansen, she was the founder and owner of the New Day Company – a consulting firm located in Zurich and Copenhagen focusing on organizational transformation and development. Before founding New Day Company Alice spent 4 years with Barry Callebaut AG as Head of Global Human Resources in Zürich, Switzerland. Prior to that she spent 6 years with Novo Nordisk as Vice President Human Resources.
Susanne Bjerre Mortensen, Senior Group Director of HR, Rambøll
Susanne Bjerre Mortensen is an international executive with a 20 years career within Human Resources. Prior to joining Ramboll, Susanne spent 12 years with Accenture. She is passionate about people’s career experience and the integration of well being at work. Susanne’s passion for inclusion stems, among other experiences, from working with integrating females in the workforce while working in Saudi Arabia in 2013-2016.
Christina Burgwald – Partner, Human Capital, Deloitte
Christina leads the Deloitte Denmark Human Capital practice. She has more than 20 years of experience with organisational design, development, and transformation from consulting as well as from the broader industry. Christina provides expert advice to senior business executives on culture, leadership and people and is passionate about the acceleration of Future of Work and Digital Transformation.
Jass Dhanoa - Senior Manager, Human Capital, Deloitte
Jass leads the HR Strategy and Operating Model offering in Denmark and brings international and cross-industry experience to his advisory roles. His primary focus is to help clients navigate future disruptions and activate a shift towards enhanced and optimised HR service delivery. Jass is a Human Capital Trends keynote speaker and has a black belt in Deloitte’s Future of Work proposition.
