Martin Faarborg, Partner, Deloitte
Martin Faarborg is a partner in Audit & Assurance and part of Deloitte’s Nordic Board & Executive Advisory Team. His advisory expertise areas include leveraging thought leadership on governance issues into advisory on corporate and foundation governance issues, including facilitating governance effectiveness reviews, board effectiveness reviews, developing audit, risk and remuneration committees and providing executive remuneration advisory and assurance services. He also serves as member of the Danish Committee for Foundation Governance.
Søren Nielsen, Partner, Deloitte
Søren has more than 30 years of professional experience in rendering audit and advisory services to multinational listed and privately owned companies and obtained wide experience from working with IFRS for 20 years including IFRS advice and implementation assistance in all these years. He is a member of the Danish IFRS technical centre of excellence that is part of Deloitte’s global IFRS organization with access to Deloitte professionals with experience within a wide range of industries.
