This webinar is aimed at companies that import and/or export products that are subject to EUDR or companies that sell products on the EU-27 market that contain EUDR covered products e.g., palm oil, soya, wood, cocoa, coffee, cattle products and rubber products.
Note that products subject to EUDR may not be imported into the EU-27, made available on the EU-27 market or exported outside of the EU-27, unless:
- they are deforestation-free.
- they have been produced in accordance with relevant legislation of the country of production.
- they are covered by a due diligence statement.
Large and mid-sized companies will need to comply with EUDR requirements from 30 December 2024. Micro and small companies have until 30 June 2025 to comply with these requirements.
During the webinar, we will focus on the requirements that companies need to fulfill, in order to comply with EUDR. We will also provide some practical case studies.
