Deloitte named a leader in Enterprise Insights Services by independent research firm
NEW YORK, NY, USA, 03 January 2019 — Forrester has named Deloitte a leader in Enterprise Insights Services in its recent report entitled The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Insights Service Providers, Q3 2018. Deloitte is the leader based on its current offerings.
“Customers are extremely satisfied with their analytics engagements, the outcomes they achieved, and Deloitte’s receptiveness to project-level feedback,” highlights Jennifer Belissent, PH.D., Forrester principal analyst serving customer insights professionals, and one of the authors of the report. “They are confident that Deloitte will remain on the cutting edge of data and analytics.”
Forrester’s 20-criteria evaluation of the enterprise insights service providers “identified the 11 most significant ones…and researched, analyzed, and scored them. This report shows how each provider measures up and helps customer insights (CI) professionals make the right choice.”
The report also notes, “executives across industries recognize their organizations’ need for digital transformation — and the accompanying priority to become insights driven. They must understand customers to better serve them and decipher operations to improve them — and that requires insights.”
