Gen Z and Millennial Survey 2023

Introduction

Society, media and politicians are discussing how the future will look for our youngest generations – and how things such as climate change, cost of living and stress will affect them and their future.

Deloitte’s newly launched Gen Z and Millennial Survey shows that climate change and cost of living continue to be major stressors for the two generations. Gen Zs and millennials continue to experience stress and burnout. However, they are rethinking the role of work in their lives and most think that work/life balance is key.

Watch the video below to hear some of the highlights concerning Danish Gen Zs and millennials.

"Younger generations are rethinking the role of work in their life. It means that work life balance is now playing an even greater part of their lives and priorities - and they are also considering work life balance as a top priority when choosing a new employer."
