What is your name?
My name is Andreas Culmsee Johansen.
When did you join Deloitte?
I joined Deloitte in the autumn of 2016.
Why did you apply for a job with Deloitte?
I was sure that my future work should be within accounting – I was just not sure where. After a 3-month traineeship at a small accounting firm – and some time before that being introduced to Deloitte – there was no doubt. The opportunities in Deloitte were significantly bigger and I would have the chance to develop in more directions. At the same time, there were many young employees to talk to after work.
What is your educational background?
I am a financial economist. I graduated from Lillebaelt Academy in Odense. Before that, I took my higher commercial examination at Tietgenskolen Elmelundsvej.
What would you like to get out of your trainee process?
More knowledge of accounting and at the same time the opportunity to touch on a broad range of different audit tasks from small clients to the very big ones to the extent possible. Furthermore, I hope to be challenged professionally as well as personally in that period in order to create a better result and position after the trainee process.
What characterises you as a colleague?
Happy, smiling and hard-working.
What are your hobbies?
I spend a lot of time in the local fitness centre.
Impact that matters. What difference do you make in everyday life?
I feel that I contribute with positive energy that creates a positive atmosphere at the office in stressful situations as well as less stressful situations.
