Sustainable supply chain

It has been far too long, so we are excited to finally invite you back in DeloitteHuset where we will be serving in-depth knowledge over breakfast. ‘Industry 4.0 to industry 5.0 – transition to a sustainable supply chain’ is one of our four sessions this season where you are invited into Deloitte to kick start your morning with experts and like-minded peers.

In this session, we will focus on how to use digital tools to optimise the supply chain to be more sustainable. This includes creating transparency in the supply chain carbon footprint and how to use this insight to reduce waste, water consumption and fuel consumption. While there are many considerations to take – of which, some are industry-driven – there are three key enablers that all companies should consider when embarking on a journey towards a more sustainable supply chain: traceability and insight, operational excellence and industry collaboration.
