Information on the special law passed on 16 March
A new special law was passed on 16 March 2022.

The special law covers:
- Ukrainian citizens and recognized refugees in Ukraine, who has left Ukraine on 24 February 2022 and later can be granted a temporary residence permit in Denmark under the special law.
- Ukrainian citizens with another type of residence permit already in Denmark on 24 February 2022 can be granted a temporary residence permit in Denmark under the special law.
- Also close family members to Ukrainian citizens can be granted a temporary residence permit in Denmark under the special law.
