Thomas Sørensen is subject matter expert on compensation and benefits. He has 10 years of experience working with compensation and data-driven HR. He helps customers with strategic initiatives on compensation and benefits by bringing together global Deloitte experts and tools to support our customers with state of the art solutions – for example on reward strategy, job-architecture (job levelling), salary benchmark and cost analysis. His expertise also includes workforce optimization, process optimization on merit and bonus processes along with structures of sales commission. He has a background from management positions in global companies and has a strong understanding of the link between HR related costs, Finance and Payroll.
