Deloitte Legal advises on acquisition in Berlin start-up-industry
A Deloitte Legal Germany team led by Düsseldorf-based Corporate/M&A Partner Felix Felleisen has assisted Luxembourg-headquartered AdTech firm OLAmobile with the acquisition of Fibermobi Performance Marketing Solutions GmbH (aka IconPeak) as well as Bidderplace GmbH from company-builder Makers. Advising on this transaction, the Düsseldorf team could bring in its expertise gained in numerous transaction in the IT/tech segment during the last two years, which often came along with an integration of the founders/managers by way of participations. Thanks to the close interdisciplinary cooperation between the German legal team and the Luxemburg and German financial advisory and tax teams, Deloitte was able to render comprehensive advice with respect to all aspects relevant for the transaction.
