New member in employment law: Carmen Meola strengthens the Stuttgart office of Deloitte Legal
Deloitte Legal's Employment & Benefits service line continues to grow in Stuttgart. Carmen Meola, a very experienced specialist in employment law, who has an excellent network, especially in Baden-Württemberg, but also works nationwide, has decided to join Deloitte Legal and will strengthen the Stuttgart employment law team around Dr. Julia Sierig.
On July 1, 2021, Carmen Meola will start her work as a partner at Deloitte Legal's Stuttgart office. Ms. Meola was previously responsible for the employment law team in the Stuttgart office of a corporate law firm and led a team of attorneys and commercial lawyers. At the same time, she held responsibility for employment litigation within the employment law practice group nationwide.
"With Carmen Meola, we have been able to win over an extremely experienced colleague in employment law, with whom we will further strengthen our footprint in advising upscale medium-sized companies in the local environment. At the same time, Carmen Meola’s experience will make it easy for her to expand her client base in an international context through close networking with other Deloitte services, such as Global Employer Services, Restructuring or Human Capital," explains Thomas Northoff, Managing Partner Deloitte Legal.
Matthias Sierig, Head of the Stuttgart office, and Klaus Heeke, Head of Deloitte Legal's Employment & Benefits service line, add: "We are particularly pleased to have Carmen Meola join Deloitte Legal. Our already close network within Deloitte at the interface between employment law and the related advisory services of other Deloitte services will further strengthen with the addition of Carmen Meola, as will our collaboration with and advice to highvalue SME clients from the Stuttgart area."
