Dr. Oliver Decker joins Deloitte Legal as a Partner in Munich

Investment practice continues its growth path

With Dr. Oliver Decker, Deloitte Legal gains a specialist for investment regulatory law and consequently continues its growth trajectory at the Munich office.

As of January 1, 2021, 41-year-old Dr. Oliver Decker will strengthen Deloitte Legal's cross-office Banking & Finance team as Partner and Head of Investment Management Legal. He will be joined by a team of three additional lawyers, including investment regulatory lawyers Stefan Kreß as Counsel and Dario Jüttner as Senior Associate.

At Deloitte Legal, Dr. Decker will continue to focus on advising German and international clients on all aspects of investment regulatory law and fund structuring. He will also continue to assist insurance companies on issues relating to the viability of investment products.
