Deloitte Legal advises KYOCERA on the acquisition of the ECM solutions provider OPTIMAL SYSTEMS
A Deloitte Legal team led by Düsseldorf-based Corporate/M&A partner Dr. Michael von Rüden acted as advisors to Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. in the acquisition of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS, one of the leading German, owner-managed providers of enterprise content management software (ECM). OPTIMAL SYSTEMS offers a wide range of software solutions and shall extend the Kyocera Group's enterprise content management portfolio. The transaction requires clearance by the competent antitrust authorities.
Dr. Michael von Rüden and his team have worked regularly for Kyocera Document Solutions since 2008 and have assisted this leading global provider of document solutions in various M&A transactions, including the public takeover of TA Triumph-Adler in 2009 and the acquisition of Ceyoniq Technologies in 2015.
