Daniel Bader joined Deloitte Legal in our Munich office in 2020. As a member of our "Digital Law" service area, he advises on all areas of the law of the digital economy.
The focus of his work is on IT contract law as well as legal advice in connection with complex IT outsourcing and transformation projects, the implementation of cloud strategies, and the use of new technologies. He has a comprehensive understanding of the technologies used.
During his studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, he specialized in corporate law, capital market law and insolvency law.
Before starting his career as a lawyer, he worked for a Munich notary for several years.
